DMCA Policy
Effective date: 7 July 2026
BetGuide.pk respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how a copyright owner or authorized representative may report material believed to infringe copyright, how BetGuide.pk may review and respond, and how an affected person may submit a counter-notice where appropriate.
This is a practical copyright complaint process. References to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and 17 U.S.C. § 512 describe commonly used notice-and-takedown elements.
Important Legal Position
This policy does not state that BetGuide.pk has registered a U.S. designated agent, qualifies for a statutory safe harbor, or is subject only to U.S. law.
A claimant, content owner or affected person should obtain qualified advice where ownership, fair use, licensing, jurisdiction, misidentification or liability is disputed.
Read the DisclaimerMaterial Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to copyright complaints concerning material published, displayed or made available directly through BetGuide.pk.
Photographs, graphics, illustrations or artwork.
Videos, audio, screenshots or interface images.
Logos, marketing materials or downloadable files.
A page that reproduces or links to allegedly infringing material.
A complaint about content hosted only by an external platform, social network, app store, payment provider, messaging service or other independent website should usually be sent to that service’s own copyright contact.
Submit Copyright Complaints Carefully
A copyright complaint should be submitted only by the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Review the material carefully before filing.
- Confirm that the work is protected by copyright.
- Confirm ownership or authority to act.
- Consider licence, permission, public-domain status or lawful exceptions.
- Identify the exact page or URL.
- Do not use the process to silence lawful criticism or commentary.
Information Required in a Copyright Notice
A written notice should contain substantially all of the following information.
The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If several works are involved, provide a representative list with enough detail to identify each work.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity.
The exact BetGuide.pk URL or other precise location where the disputed material appears.
The complainant’s full name, organization if applicable, postal address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the complainant is the copyright owner or is authorized to act for the owner.
Any supporting ownership, registration, licensing or authorization information that may assist review.
BetGuide.pk may request missing information or decline to act on a notice that does not identify the work, location, claimant or legal basis with reasonable clarity.
How to Submit a Copyright Complaint
Submit the written notice through the BetGuide.pk Contact Us page or another approved written contact route displayed on the website.
Use “Copyright Complaint” or “DMCA Notice”.
Provide the work, URL, contact details, statements and signature.
BetGuide.pk may need follow-up information.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs or banking credentials.
Retain the notice and supporting documents for your records.
Until a formal designated agent and public contact record are confirmed, this route must not be described as a registered DMCA agent address.
What Happens After a Notice Is Received
BetGuide.pk may take reasonable steps to review the complaint and the identified material.
Acknowledge receipt where practical.
Check whether the complaint contains the required information.
Locate and preserve the relevant page, file or publication record.
Review ownership, source, permission, licence, attribution and the context of use.
Seek additional information from the complainant or affected party.
Remove, disable, edit or restrict access to material where appropriate.
Decline or close a complaint that is incomplete, unsupported, abusive or directed at content not controlled by BetGuide.pk.
Refer a matter for legal review where ownership, fair use, jurisdiction or liability is disputed.
Temporary removal or restriction during review does not necessarily mean that infringement has been legally established.
Notice to the Affected Content Provider
Where practical and legally appropriate, BetGuide.pk may notify the person or source connected to removed or restricted material.
- A description of the complaint.
- The page or material affected.
- The action taken.
- A copy or summary of the copyright notice.
- Instructions for submitting a response or counter-notice.
Counter-Notice for Removed or Restricted Material
A person who believes material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notice.
The physical or electronic signature of the affected person.
Identification of the material that was removed or restricted.
The location where the material appeared before removal or restriction.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the person has a good-faith belief that removal or restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification.
The person’s full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
A clear explanation of the licence, permission, ownership, exception, limitation or other basis relied upon.
Where the counter-notice is intended to invoke 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), the consent-to-jurisdiction and acceptance-of-service statements required by that law.
A person outside the United States or uncertain about the required court-consent wording should obtain legal advice before submitting a counter-notice intended to invoke the U.S. DMCA procedure.
Review and Possible Restoration
After receiving a sufficiently complete counter-notice, BetGuide.pk may review the response, provide it to the original complainant where appropriate, and decide whether material should remain restricted, be restored, be edited or be referred for legal review.
Where a formal U.S. DMCA process applies, restoration timing may be affected by the statutory procedure, including whether the complainant provides notice of a court action.
Repeat Complaints and Repeated Infringement
BetGuide.pk may restrict submissions, refuse assistance, remove material or take other reasonable action where repeated valid infringement, repeated misuse of website content or repeated abusive complaints are established.
This policy does not state that BetGuide.pk has adopted or registered a particular statutory repeat-infringer programme unless such a programme is separately documented and implemented.
False, Abusive or Misleading Notices
BetGuide.pk may reject, preserve or refer a notice or counter-notice that appears false, fraudulent, threatening, automated, abusive or materially misleading.
Do not claim rights that you do not own or control.
Do not deliberately omit relevant permission, licence or context.
Do not misidentify a person, work, URL or page.
Do not use copyright complaints to obtain passwords, payments or private credentials.
Do not threaten unlawful retaliation or demand payment through an unofficial route.
BetGuide.pk will not ask a copyright complainant or affected person to disclose a password, OTP, PIN, recovery code, wallet PIN or banking login.
Trademarks, Privacy and Other Complaints
This policy is intended primarily for copyright matters. A trademark, impersonation, privacy, defamation, security or personal-data complaint may require a different review.
- Trademark concerns should identify the mark, owner and exact use.
- Privacy requests should use the Privacy Policy process.
- Security or impersonation concerns should be reported through Contact Us.
- A disagreement, negative review or factual correction is not automatically a copyright claim.
Links to External Material
BetGuide.pk may link to or refer to material hosted by an independent platform, app, website or service.
BetGuide.pk may remove or update its own link where appropriate, but cannot directly remove material controlled only by an external service. A claimant may need to contact the external host, platform operator, search engine, registrar or other responsible provider.
Preservation, Disclosure and Privacy
BetGuide.pk may retain notices, counter-notices, supporting documents, correspondence and action records for complaint review, security, dispute handling, operational administration and legal obligations.
Information may be shared with the complainant, affected content provider, hosting or technical provider, professional adviser, court, authority or other party where reasonably necessary and lawful.
Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, financial information, account credentials or unrelated personal data.
Review the Privacy PolicyNo Admission and No Legal Determination
Removing, restricting, editing, restoring or retaining material is an operational response and does not necessarily constitute an admission, legal judgment or final determination of ownership, infringement, fair use, licence or liability.
BetGuide.pk may act cautiously while facts are reviewed and may change an interim decision when reliable additional information becomes available.
Changes to This Policy
BetGuide.pk may update this DMCA Policy when website functionality, complaint routes, contact details, legal requirements or copyright procedures change.
A revised policy should display a new effective or last-updated date.

Copyright questions, complaints, counter-notices and requests for clarification can be submitted through the Contact Us page or another approved written route displayed by BetGuide.pk.
- State whether the message is a notice, counter-notice or question.

Clear answers about notices, signatures, URLs, counter-notices, restoration, external hosting and legal limitations.
What is this DMCA Policy for?
It explains how to report alleged copyright infringement, how BetGuide.pk may review and respond, and how an affected person may submit a counter-notice.
Does this page mean BetGuide.pk has a registered U.S. DMCA agent?
No. The page does not claim a registered designated agent or Section 512 safe-harbor status unless those facts are separately confirmed.
Who may submit a copyright complaint?
The copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
What should a copyright notice identify?
It should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the exact BetGuide.pk URL, the claimant and the required good-faith and accuracy statements.
Is a signature required?
A physical or electronic signature should be included in a formal copyright notice or counter-notice.
Can I submit only a broad claim that the website copied me?
No. Provide enough detail to identify the protected work, the disputed material and the exact location.
Where should I send a complaint?
Use the Contact Us page or another approved written contact route displayed on BetGuide.pk.
Will material always be removed immediately?
Not necessarily. BetGuide.pk may review completeness, ownership, permission, context, exceptions, location and other relevant facts.
What is a counter-notice?
It is a written response from a person who believes material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification.
Can removed material be restored?
Possibly. Restoration depends on the facts, the completeness of the counter-notice and any applicable legal process.
Can false notices create legal risk?
Yes. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
Does this policy cover trademark or privacy complaints?
Not fully. Trademark, impersonation, privacy, defamation or security concerns may require a separate review.
Can BetGuide.pk remove content hosted by another platform?
No. BetGuide.pk can control its own pages and links but cannot directly remove material hosted only by an independent service.
Will complaint information be shared?
It may be shared with relevant parties where reasonably necessary and lawful, subject to privacy and security considerations.
Is this page legal advice?
No. It is general procedural information. Obtain qualified legal advice for disputed ownership, licensing, fair use, jurisdiction or liability.
